Matching, coverage, and limitations
Counts represent descriptions attached to postings live on each observed date. Each posting counts once per term and can mention both terms. Free-text words use case-insensitive whole letter-number tokens; suggested multiword phrases are also supported.
Exact tracked company-name matches exclude owner postings from counts and denominators. Aliases, subsidiaries, and ordinary meanings of terms are not automatically resolved. Read ambiguous terms such as agents, inference, or security cautiously.
The source retains current descriptions and assumes they were unchanged during observed posting lifetimes. Changes can reflect collection coverage, new employers entering the tracker, or role mix. This is descriptive evidence, not verified technology adoption or customer market share.
